The shrine of the robber-burglar-thief Gĕntiri (Maling Gĕntiri) is about eight kilometres north east of Blora, a town halfway between Semarang and Surabaya.
There is no public transport to the site. By car or by ojek motorbike taxi from the alun-alun square in the centre of Blora, head east along Jalan Pemuda (which changes to Jalan Jendral Sudirman, then Jalan Raya Blora-Cepu) for a little under three kilometres. Turn left into Jalan Raya Seso-Sayuran at 6°58’17.05″S 111°26’12.61″E.
Follow this road north-east for five kilometres and turn right into a side road at 6°56’12.95″S 111°27’46.20″E. Go along this road for 600 metres through rice fields until you see an unsealed roadway branching off to your left at 6°56’17.22″S 111°28’6.29″E. This leads into a copse of trees and an overgrown cemetery where you will find the shrine of Maling Gĕntiri. See also Boncolono
